Membership

The first step is to apply for membership and verify your identity with our partner Onfido (necessary to ensure the community's security). Once your membership is validated, you can pay for your subscription online and choose your first pieces!

You can rent a total number of pieces depending on your membership:

Classique: 3 pieces

Premium: 4 pieces

Couture: 4 pieces

You can rent pieces with a total value depending on your membership:

Classique: €1,500 total value

Premium: €3,000 total value

Couture: €6,000 total value

Our membership gives you access to a wide selection of clothing, bags, and accessories from top fashion houses. Each membership includes a different number and total value of pieces:

Classique: 3 pieces for €1,500 total value

Premium: 4 pieces for €3,000 total value

Couture: 4 pieces for €6,000 total value

You’ll receive your pieces in secure packaging. Please keep the original packaging and use it to return the pieces.

You can choose to receive your pieces at home or at a pickup point. To return them, use the prepaid return label included in the box and drop the package at a pickup location.

You can keep your pieces for 30 days. We may extend this period on a case-by-case basis if the pieces are available for the next month. Contact us directly to discuss it.

You can rent again as soon as we receive your previous month’s pieces and our team confirms they are in good condition. We commit to validating the returned pieces within a maximum of 3 business days after receipt.

You may keep your pieces for the next month of your membership, provided they are still available. If you wish to keep your selection for an additional month, we recommend letting us know as soon as possible.

We do not offer the option to purchase pieces at this time. However, you can let us know if you’re interested and we’ll keep you informed when this service becomes available.

You can keep the pieces until the anniversary date of your membership the following month.

You may rent again once we have received your previous month’s pieces and confirmed their condition. We commit to validating the returned pieces within 3 business days after receipt.

Delivery times are 3 business days.

We do not offer the option to change pieces during the month.

If one of the rented pieces does not fit, you can contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll send you a replacement for that piece.

If a piece is damaged but repairable, the renter is responsible for the repair costs, which are assessed by our partner workshops.

If a piece is severely damaged, the renter is responsible up to the replacement value of the piece.

The security deposit is processed upon return. If repair costs are lower than the deposit, the difference is refunded. If costs exceed the deposit or the renter is liable up to the replacement value, the additional amount is charged.

If a piece is stained, please let us know as soon as possible and do not attempt to clean it yourself. Our clothing is delicate and must be cleaned by our partners.

If the cleaning is simple, it’s included in your membership. For more complex cleaning, additional charges may apply and will be deducted from the security deposit.

You can change your membership at any time from your Member area by cancelling your current membership and subscribing to a new one. If you change during the month, the new membership will be effective the following month.

All pieces are professionally cleaned by our partner workshops after each rental.

You can cancel at any time from your Member area. If you cancel during the month, the cancellation will take effect the following month.
