My rental
You can cancel or modify your reservation without charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental. Beyond this deadline, the rental fees will be debited.
We would like to offer this option in the future but we do not offer it at the moment. You can contact us directly and we will try to find a solution.

You can modify your rental up to 24 hours before the start of the initial rental, provided that the piece is available on the new desired dates.
We do not offer this option at the moment. You can let us know your interest and we will keep you informed when this service is set up.

We request an authorization to charge the rental fee and security deposit at the time of booking, but this is an authorization only with no charge until 24 hours before the rental begins.
After this date, the rental fee is charged and the security deposit is blocked for a period of 7 days. If you cancel after this date, the deposit is released but the rental fee is not refunded.
If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the rental for reasons you cannot predict, contact us to find a solution.

Rentals can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the rental.
To cancel or modify the rental:
- Go to your “my account” section
- Open the Details of the relevant rental
- Click the CANCEL or EDIT buttons
It is imperative to contact ORNEST Customer Service as soon as possible to find a solution.

If the delay exceeds 24 hours and you have not contacted us within this time frame, the piece will be considered lost or stolen. In this case, the security deposit will be charged, and you will be liable up to the replacement value of the piece.
